Grevillea juniperina

Large genus of Australian shrubs and trees of considerable ornamental value. The various species produce singular blooms in shades of red, yellow, and orange for several months; many have ornamental foliage. Grevillea juniperina species has prickly needle-shaped leaves, red flowers during the summer months, prostrate habit, tolerates low temperatures well but prefers well-drained soil and not excessive watering.
