Eucalyptus gunnii

Eucalyptus are evergreen trees typical of Australian forests with characteristic trunks with peeling barks, aromatic leaves and showy blooms of various colors, but only on adult specimens. They are adaptable to various climates and can be bred in various forms.

Eucalyptus gunnii is distinguished by its silvery gray aromatic juvenile foliage and its high resistance to low temperatures.
In the winter months it can be used as an indoor plant to give pleasant olfactory sensations. Periodic topping is recommended to maintain a compact shape.

The new patented Azura® variety has a very dense habit, with smaller leaves and a very glaucous color, and has been tested as frost resistant down to -15°C.
